New websites get a free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, so you can evaluate the platform before paying.
Cancellation
You can stop your subscription at any time by not renewing. Your website stays active until the end of the paid period, plus the grace period.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are for a period of service and are generally non-refundable once that period has started.
- If you were charged twice, or charged but your plan was not activated, we will refund the extra amount after verification.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
